Join me for a 90 day Journey with Jesus!

Hi Everyone!

Yesterday’s Day of Renewal at St. Ignatius of Antioch Parish was a total JOY in the Lord!!!

WOW there were about eighty people there!!  How awesome!

I am so grateful for the huge positive response I received as we launched the new book and mission given to me by the Holy Spirit!!  Faith on Fire!!  I am so fired up!  Many thanks to all of you who came out!

As I mentioned it is so important that we make a plan to commit to Jesus for how we will practice our faith and grow in our relationship with Him each day!  As faith filled Catholics we believe that ignorance of the Scriptures is ignorance of Christ — these are the words of St. Jerome by the way!  Anyone who has read and prayed the bible knows this is true!  So the best way to begin in growing in the wisdom and knowledge of God is to read and pray His eternal Word… which is Jesus!  Specifically, the four Gospels, Matthew, Mark, Luke and John.  How many of you can honestly say that you have read all four gospels every chapter prayerfully and meditatively?  How about in community?  How about in cyber-community? 

Well get ready because I’ve decided that in 90 days we can pray one chapter a day and prayerfully complete all four Gospels!  Can you imagine how filled with Jesus we will be after 90 days?  Or if you don’ t know Jesus… how you will know Him?  So will you join me?  Each day I will rise before dawn and pray — I might even travel to our 24hr adoration chapel to commune with Jesus and Adore Him in the Blessed Sacrament and ask Him what he wants to share with us.  I’ll blog a few points I receive in prayer for each chapter each day.  Then if you would post your insight and perhaps what you found in prayer from the same chapter.  So read, pray and share each chapter each day and read what others are writing as well. 

Please pass this blog on to as many people as you feel moved to share the Gospel with — and remember that  Jesus said to Go out and share the Gospel – Good News to every nation!  Isn’t it awesome that with the Internet we can share this with the whole world?  Isn’t God good!!

    i am glad to have a web site that i can go to to comment on scripture . loooking forward to reading your book.
    hopefully it will help renew afresh my faith . as i go through my long arduous days , i always thank God that I am
    where he wants me to be. We all have our gifts from the Holy spirit . I am glad that you are using your talents to spread the gospel . You are a breath of fresh air in this stagnant , unbearable world. Life is difficult and it is hard to find a breath of fresh air. Love and Peace
